New heights of eating pleasure are promised in the latest service unveiled by BANGKOK AIR CATERING, Thailand’s foremost provider of inflight meals.

Designed expressly for VIP and PRIVATE JET passengers, BAC’s menu brings the quality of food associated with the world’s most prestigious restaurants to onboard dining.

Drawing on over fifteen years of experience in airline catering, and backed by its team of international chefs, BAC has created an extravaganza that caters for every taste, with healthful and vegetarian options aplenty.

Featured in the 36-page menu are hot and cold breakfasts in Asian, Indian and Western styles; classic soups and salads, mezze and other appetizers; favorite main courses from the Thai, Arabic, Indian and European culinary traditions, and an equally generous spread of hot and cold desserts.

The Prestige section boasts Caviar, Foie Gras Terrine and Lobster Thermidor, among others. Just as tempting on a more modest scale are the fresh juices, energizer smoothies, snacks, wraps, and no fewer than twelve types of sandwiches.
